Our Story

Hello everyone! My name is Trista and I would like to share a little about me and my practice. I received my Associate's in Science degree through Bismarck State College, in 2004, and went on to massage school. I graduated from Williston State College, in 2005, with an Associate's in Applied Science for Massage Therapy degree and have been practicing ever since. I have completed my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science through Concordia University, St. Paul, MN. After completing this degree, I have found a passion for Wellness Coaching and am working towards becoming a certified Wellness Coach. My new found knowledge is helping me provide my clients with stretches and exercises they can perform at home to help them along their healing/wellness journey, improving their quality of life, and enhancing their massage experience.

I have been and am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), since 2005, and this provides me with great continuing education opportunities and insurance. As of August of 2018, I am also a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). The ACSM is where I will be receiving my Wellness Coaching training and certification through. They provide me with up-to-date education and my own coaching mentors, so that I can provide my clients with up-to-date information and guidance.

To assist me in becoming a better leader/teacher/coach/business owner, etc., I have applied and been accepted into the Women’s Leadership Program through the Centers of Technology and Business, here in Bismarck, ND. I began the program in January of 2019 and will be done by June of 2019. I am looking forward to this amazing experience, to help me grow as a business owner, become a better therapist, and enhance my leadership skills for wellness coaching, teaching martial arts, and being more involved in my community. I offer relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, pregnancy, child and infant (with parental/guardian permission and/or present), hot stone massages and ear candling. No two massage are the same. I feel it is necessary to customize each massage based on my clients' needs, at the time of their appointment. I offer my massages in a professional and relaxing environment, therefore, I have a "NO TOLERANCE" policy for any sexual connotations. I worked hard to obtain my license and appreciate that you respect that I want to keep it. My goals are to truly help and improve my clients overall quality of life by reducing stress, alleviating muscle pain and tension, improve range of motion, etc. I humbly ask for your patience when it comes to getting back to you, because I am a one person operation, and will get back to missed calls and messages as soon as I can. :) I hope my story inspires you and if you are ever in need of my services, please reach out!! I look forward to every new experience I get with each client!
