We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Group Home programs. As a DSP, you’ll support 6–8 individuals living together in a shared home, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. Your role will include personal and behavioral supports, assistance with daily living, following individualized service plans, and creating a welcoming, comfortable home environment.

The Day Program is partnering with the Mandan Moose to host a winter formal in January. To kick off the fun events leading up to the Formal, we held a 'SAY Yes to the Dress' Event, where individuals could pick out formal attire donated to make their day extra special.

HIT is partnering with XR for VR (Extended Reality for Vocational Rehab) through Bismarck State College to use Extended Reality to Help Increase Awareness of Career Options for our Employment Services Team.

Our Employment and Day Service team attended training last week to learn how to use the Virtual Reality Headsets and to bring that knowledge back to the programs. We are excited to use this technology to further our Employment Services in the future.
