🏒 What an unforgettable experience!

Our ASPIRE and Senior Program had the incredible opportunity to go behind the scenes with the one and only Bismarck Bobcats. From sitting in on practice, touring the different rinks, and meeting some of their favorite players, it was a day full of excitement and memories.

Everyone is now counting down the hours to cheer them on live at this weekend’s games—go Bismarck Bobcats Hockey! 🖤🤍🥅

The Day Program buzzed with excitement as the time for the Souper Bowl 2026 arrived. Each department had spent time preparing its unique soups, infusing love and creativity into every recipe. 🍲❤️

As the clock ticked towards noon, tables were adorned with colorful bowls, and delightful aromas filled the air. The Rec Leisure team proudly served their Knoephla soup, a creamy dish that sparked warm memories, while the Production team presented their Cheeseburger Soup, designed to evoke the joy of backyard cookouts. 🍔🌞 In the Senior Program, the team crafted a heartfelt Chicken Gnocchi. 🍗✨

The moment of truth arrived with the announcement of the winners: **Rec Leisure with their Knoephla soup** claimed the overall title, while the Production team's Cheeseburger Soup and the Senior Program's Chicken Gnocchi tied for Fan Favorite. 🏆🎉

The Day Program Souper Bowl 2026 became an experience, filled with flavor, friendship, and lasting connections. 🤝❤️

Overall Winner: Rec Leisure with Knoephla.

Do you enjoy leading others, solving problems, and making a real impact in people’s lives? We’re looking for an Independent Living Assistant Manager (ISLA) to help supervise and support Direct Support Professionals and ensure high-quality programming for individuals served.

What you’ll do:
✅ Assist in supervising and supporting DSP staff
✅ Help with training, scheduling, and performance reviews
✅ Ensure active, high-quality treatment and programming
✅ Address concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Preferred qualifications:
🎓 High school diploma/GED preferred
⭐ 2+ years DD-related experience and/or training preferred
📌 Must become DD certified within 18 months of hire
