What you’ll do:
✅ Supervise staff and support care delivery
✅ Lead daily operations and meet program goals
✅ Hire, train & evaluate team members

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree + at least 1 year direct experience with individuals with disabilities (or 4 yrs related)
📍 Full-time; Monday-Friday when possible
💲 $25.00 – $32.00 hourly

Our HIT Halloween party was an unforgettable experience. Some attendees even dressed up as one of our favorites, Jenn!

ASPIRE started a soft skills group that meets twice a month to help focus on improving skills needed to obtain or maintain competitive employment.

They have created resumes, learned the importance of teamwork, understood proper dress, and participated in mock interviews.

Most recently, they attended a job fair where they found jobs they are interested in and took some professional headshots.

Our ASPIRE program recently took on the challenge of offering a sewing class. This has been a valuable learning experience for both the participants and the staff!

So far, they have created pillowcases, bags, and aprons, and they are currently working on weighted lap blankets.
