Foam Roll Wall Slides are easily one of my go-to shoulder mobility and prehab exercises.

It might look simple, but if you really focus on keeping your forearms parallel, your rotator cuff is going to feel it.

Add in a firm press of the foam roller into the wall while leaning into the stretch, and it becomes a powerful move for improving your end-range overhead mobility.
