The Studio Wellness Community is a holistic wellness center focused on helping you find a place of comfort and peace to find your breath through mindfulness and movement. We want to help you find balance, feel centered and let go of trauma through our classes and wellness sessions. The studio creates a space that feels safe, positive, uplifting and that encourages a sense of community. By supporting each other we make positive decisions and changes. Our goal is to help each other be their best self, understanding that the best self can be different from day-to-day.

Join us for a beautiful morning of mindfulness, creativity, and gratitude.

On Saturday, March 28th at 10 AM, we’ll begin with a Guided Sound Bath Meditation to help you relax, reset, and center your mind and body.

After the meditation, you’ll create your own Blessing Bracelet. A blessing bracelet is a mindful practice where you take a breath with each bead and focus on something you are grateful for. Each bead becomes a small moment of gratitude you can carry with you throughout your day.

You’ll choose stones and accents that resonate with your intentions, creating a meaningful bracelet that serves as a reminder of peace, presence, and gratitude.

Sometimes healing starts with the smallest shift. 🌿

Recently my chiropractor shared something simple but powerful with me:

“If you want to heal your brain… read. Fill it with knowledge that supports your growth instead of replaying the same old stories.”

That really landed for me.

So often we stay stuck in the loops of what happened, what hurt us, or the beliefs we formed in survival mode. But our minds are also incredibly capable of learning something new—of creating new pathways, new perspectives, and new possibilities.

That’s one of the reasons I started writing blogs.

Not everyone can make it into the studio for a session, but healing and growth shouldn’t be limited by distance or schedules. The blog is a place where you can still connect, reflect, and explore new ideas for your mindfulness and healing journey.

Think of it as a little moment in your day where you choose to feed your mind something nourishing instead of something heavy.

Our community has always been built on this kind of connection—women showing up, healing, growing, and rising together.

This poem, Sisterhood, is a small love letter to the women who walk beside us on this journey. The ones who listen. The ones who stay. The ones who remind us of our light when we forget.
