Have you ever noticed how your thoughts feel louder when they stay in your head?
Sometimes just writing things down helps. Not because it magically fixes everything… but because it slows your mind enough to make sense of what you’re feeling.
Journaling doesn’t have to be deep or poetic. It can be messy. It can be three sentences. It can be “I don’t even know why I feel like this.”
But getting it out of your head and onto paper can make emotions feel a little less overwhelming.
