I have been a practicing Massage Therapist since completing Blue Cliff College's massage program in 2021. I specialize in medical massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and Neuromuscular therapy. As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and guide my clients towards living pain-free. My approach is a combination of all of the techniques I've learned, incorporated into a massage session curated for exactly what your body needs.
