Trigger finger often comes from the finger or palm of hand. However, it can come from the wrist and forearm. These stretches for trigger finger address all of those areas and should be done 3-5 times a day. Once we get the results we want, it should be done 2-3 times a day for a month to prevent the trigger finger from returning.

Having trouble with ankle stability? Here is some tips on how to help…

To stabilize the ankle you must use your toes with your inner and outer calves. Using just your inner or outer calve won’t give you ankle stability. Remember balance and posture or not meant to be STIFF. Muscles are meant to be used enough to keep you in position and to be relaxed. This is so you can react to a stumble and not fall.

On Toes
(Calf Raises Exercise)

All exercises should be done perfectly because that's how joints build stability. This could not be more important than with ankles.

Most people do not walk properly. Who really thinks about walking properly, really? Me, that's WHO!
So when you go to do this exercise you may realize your ankles are not as strong as you thought. That's ok. Let's just slowly work on it gently everyday.

Shin Splints? Here are some helpful stretches that you can do at home for some relief.

Shin splints are often the result of over lifting your toes when you walk or run. In this video you will see the difference in the muscle that causes shin splints when I over raise my toes. This condition is easily fixed in the office.

Dear Patients,
Thank you for understanding me leaving to go help my sister with her first baby. We lost our mother two years ago so this was a special moment for us to share. However, I came home this week to my two children having a bug that tested negative for Covid and Flu. I hate not being there for my patients but I know that you all understand that my children come first.
