In addition to being the preferred in network provider for most insurance companies including Blue Cross and Blue Shield and United Healthcare, Rapid Urgent Care also accepts Louisiana Medicaid and many shared plans to include Healthy Blue, AmeriHealth Caritas, Louisiana Healthcare Connection, United Healthcare Community, and Aetna Better Health.

At this time, many people might rather avoid coming into a physician's office. With that in mind. Rapid Urgent Care has expanded our telemedicine program to be available every single day of the year. While many issues can be treated completely by seeing a physician through our telemedicine portal online, some things cannot. If simple testing or a more thorough exam is required, then our physicians can simply transfer your visit to one of our six physical urgent care locations in either Mandeville, Metairie, Slidell, Covington, Bogalusa or Amite.
