It’s essentially a horizontal concert where you let resonant vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes do the heavy lifting for your nervous system. This class weaves together vagus nerve practices to support resilience and emotional balance, breathwork to calm the stress response and improve regulation, and sound healing to promote relaxation through vibrational frequencies.
