Lower Linoleic Acid is better! I keep telling people that cooking with Olive Oil is bad, Then I hear but I'm cooking with Avocado oil and I tell that's bad. I always recommend "grass fed butter" or "grass fed tallow."

Heart disease is America's #1 killer and the rise of Alzheimer is happening.

Even at BBQ, My buddy who I won't name puts little bit of "olive oil" to get that extra sear and it drives me nuts.
