If we could give you just ONE clean carb to feast on, it would be SWEET POTATOES!

If you have time, cut them in half, spray with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper. Then throw in the oven at 400* for 30 min. Pull them out, flip over, spray again and BROIL to 1.5 minutes!

Short on time? Pierce a bunch of times with a knife, wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 6 minutes. Take out, slice open, spray with olive oil spray and add salt and pep.

So clean! So filling! So good!

Call em ugly; we call them healers! If you’re on your feet a lot, wearing these boats are the best way to support your entire frame.

We are big fans, and strongly encourage our clients to wear them as house shoes daily.
