What if your push-up became a CORE-UP? This movement emphasizes deep core engagement, shoulder stability, strong legs and glutes, and one connected, intelligent body in motion.
The challenge: perform a Pilates CORE-UP with focus on form, breath, and control. Let your core lift you, not your arms.
How to enter: Video yourself doing the Core-Up, post it on Instagram or Facebook, tag , and enter by February 22, 2026. The top two entries will be selected based on form, with final winners chosen by community vote. Winners will be announced on February 26, 2026.
