Thank you Peter Murphy for honoring her name and image in TRUTH. Sinead O Connor renamed herself as Shuhada' Sadaqat. The culmination of her life, art and conscious decision to convert to Islam following years of bravery as a truth teller about the hypocrisies of the Catholic Church, and as a survivor of big trauma throughout childhood. Something many of us do not speak about enough. I am a survivor too. A true warrior that faced massive violent backlash for her bravery and mission to save children from widespread and enabled sexual abuse by a powerful cult disguised as a safe haven. So much gratitude for this soul and her gifts to us. Blessings Shuhada 🪷🤍🕊️

In difficult times, you move forward in small steps.
Do what you have to do, but little by little.
Don't think about the future, or what may happen tomorrow.
Wash the dishes.
Remove the dust.
Write a letter.
Make a soup.
You see?
You are advancing step by step.
Take a step and stop.
Rest a little.
Praise yourself.
Take another step.
Then another.
You won't notice, but your steps will grow more and more.
And the time will come when you can think about the future without crying.

Been using & sharing Emoto’s discovery and work for almost two decades now… all is vibration and there’s a visible difference in water crystals under a microscope; between high vibration (Love) vs. lower vibration (hate/negativity)… This mentions 528hz too… we are designed to Heal! 🪷🙏🏽🪷
