We’re in our last week of collecting gifts for All for Kids! 🌟

Grab a tag at El Porto or the Loft, then bring back your unwrapped gift + tag to one of our drop-off bins.

Then come hang with us for a cozy gift wrapping sesh next Tuesday the 16th at 7:30pm at the Loft. ✨

Didn’t get a tag? Tags already gone? No worries.

We’ll gladly accept NEW gifts for ages 0–18 — just pop them into the drop-off bins and we’ll take care of the rest. 💛

✨ Today at The Loft — A Very Special Guest ✨

We are honored to welcome Elena Brower to Sol Seek Yoga.

For the first time in several years, Elena is teaching in Southern California — and she’s chosen our Loft community for this intimate, heart-forward practice. 💛

We’ll also be featuring her newest book, Hold Nothing, published by Shambhala. Books will be available for purchase and signing today. Filled with stories, artwork, prompts, and embodied practices, Hold Nothing invites you to turn inward, listen deeply, and fortify yourself as a source of steadiness in a world that needs it.

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect:
A vigorous yet spacious practice guided by one of the most beloved teachers in the yoga world, complete with meditation and a closing reading from her new book.

📚 About Elena:
Mother, mentor, poet, artist, volunteer, bestselling author, and host of the Practice You Podcast, Elena Brower has taught asana since 1999 and studied Zen meditation since 2020. She received Buddhist Precepts from Roshi Joan Halifax at Upaya Zen Center in 2023 and is currently a candidate for Buddhist Chaplaincy. Elena offers her time in both hospice and penitentiary settings. Her journals and books continue to inspire readers globally

What a night at Four Moons Spa in San Diego. The Walla community gathered for an evening that blended inspiration, ceremony, and connection in the most beautiful way.

Justin spoke on a heart-centered panel alongside other leaders in the studio + wellness space, sharing insights and experience that truly resonated. Guests were welcomed with ceremonial cacao, offered ear seeding for grounding and balance, and given abundant time to network, mingle, and learn from each other.

Deep gratitude to Laura and Doug for hosting such a meaningful gathering, and to the entire Walla team for creating a space that felt nourishing, energizing, and full of possibility. ✨
