Closing out Community Care Month here in MB with two full weekends of our Hands-On Adjustments Training 🤍
Guided by Megan Eaton, this space was all about slowing down and learning how to truly be with someone in their practice. Breath, patience, touch, presence.
We explored what it means to support and explore instead of shape. To listen with our hands. To meet each body as it is.
Lengthening, twisting, stretching, rolling, laughing together… finding new expressions in familiar shapes. Practicing creativity and mindfulness in real time so we can better care for every body in the room.
This is the work that goes beyond the pose. And we carry it forward into every class, every assist, every moment of connection.
