If you can’t make one of the days, you can bring 5 items for a Holiday Food Drive and receive points for that particular day.

Regardless of your participation, join us on the 12th for our holiday party to give thanks to community.

For those of you that love “star charts” there will be one at the studio to keep track of your participation. (Not required)

This is a great variation that is more accessible than shoulder stand!
Set yourself up for bridge pose, lift your hips and slide a block under your buns. Draw your knees into your chest and take your tootsies to the ceiling. Keep your feet over your hips and push your shoulders down. When you are ready, bring your feet to the ground, lift your hips and slide the block out. Slowly lower your hips to the ground and knock your knees together to rest. 😍
