We’re so excited about the speaker lineup for our upcoming Run + Yoga Retreat in beautiful Twin Lakes, Colorado.

We’ll be joined by Addie Bracy, professional runner, speaking on mental performance.

Sophia Jones will share her expertise on sports nutrition, helping runners better understand how to fuel for performance.

Jessa Peterson will be speaking about why yoga is so important for runners and the many benefits it offers.

We’re also excited to have The Trailhead joining us to talk about running gear.

This retreat is an opportunity to learn, move, connect, and be inspired in an unforgettable setting. Designed for runners of all levels to support every part of your running journey.

To my runner friends… your future self will thank you for starting yoga now!

Not because yoga makes you more flexible for the sake of being flexible, but because it helps you run better, recover better, and stay in the game longer.

Yoga builds strength in the places runners often overlook. It improves mobility in tight hips, calves, hamstrings, and ankles. It teaches body awareness, breath control, balance, and stability. It can help you move more efficiently, reduce nagging aches, and create space in a body that takes a lot of repetitive impact.

And yoga teaches patience.

The same patience it takes to hold a pose, breathe through discomfort, and stay present is the same patience distance running asks of us over and over again.

So if you’ve been putting it off, this is your sign.

Class description: Build your confidence and get back to the basics of your poses. Stretching your breath and body with longer holds. Neeka offers space and time to build internal heat and external heat with the room at a minimum of 75 degrees.
