We have had a lot of questions about the upcoming Yoga & Run Camp (retreat) that we are hosting in Twin Lakes, CO this June. So I thought I would answer some of the most common questions. See above.

Bottom line: we want to build community in the mountains with great people, food, and fresh air. Whether you are running, hiking, napping… doesn’t matter. If you are into that, this retreat is for you!
