Posterior Strengthening for the win!!

So many of us live in a “forward” world—sitting, driving, scrolling—where our hips, hamstrings, glutes, and back get sleepy. Strengthening your posterior chain (the whole backside of your body) helps:

*Support your low back and reduce that achy, compressed feeling
*Balance the body (less “tight hip flexors / weak glutes” drama)
*Improve posture so you’re not living in a constant mini-hunch
*Boost stability + power for everything you do—walking, lifting, running, life

That’s why you’ll see us repeat things like bridge, locust, chair variations, and strong standing shapes. It’s not random—it’s functional strength that helps your body feel better outside the studio.
