🚨Sitting all day? Try this ⏩

• Stand up every 30–60 min — even 1 minute helps
• Seated pelvic tilts: rock hips forward/back × 10
• Chair glute squeeze: squeeze cheeks 10 sec × 5
• Seated hamstring stretch: one leg out, hinge forward 20–30 sec
• Standing back extensions: hands on hips, gently lean back × 5
• Breathe deep: slow belly breaths to relax tight muscles
