It’s a great day for a great day!🤗
It’s so easy to slip into:
“I don’t have time today..”
“I’m feeling good; I don’t need it today…”
“ I just don’t feel like it…”🤷🏼♀️
These are all thoughts and feelings that everyone can struggle with; but we always have a solution here at Freedom Family!
You can acknowledge it and still do it anyway. The feeling doesn’t have to control the action. Only listen to your favorite podcast during workouts, or exercise with a friend you enjoy. This creates something to look forward to rather than just something to dread.
✨Focus on how you feel after, not during. Remember that post-workout feeling—the energy, the mood boost, the satisfaction. When resistance hits, remind yourself that future-you will be grateful you did it; and remember it’s not only for yourself it’s for family and friends!
