We’re still open and still offering all of our Farm Bill-compliant products. With a lot of misinformation circulating on social media, we wanted our local community to know that as of right now, nothing has changed — and we continue to operate fully within the legal framework of current law.

Yesterday, the President signed the h**p ban into law. This new federal law will impact our business and the entire h**p industry, but the changes do not take effect immediately. There is a grace period built into the law, which means customers can still legally purchase their products during this transition period.

We’ll keep everyone informed as we get more guidance from regulators, and we remain committed to serving our community for as long as the law allows.
