We purchase gifts on a fairly regular basis for team members and clients for so many occasions-- weddings, a new baby, loss of a family member, adopting a new pet, graduations, birthdays, work-iversarys, and accomplishments.

We are looking to widen the list of local businesses we purchase from to add a larger variety of gifts. Please help us with your recommendations! TIA

Time is running out before your family arrives for the holidays and you still have SO MUCH to do-- shopping, cooking, cleaning, planning. 🫠 But when you can't prioritize everything, where do you start?

Here's a little guide on making the most holiday magic when you have the least time and energy left!

VISUAL IMPACT: Cleaning these areas create the most visual impact because they take up the most space when you walk into a room. You can make quick work of dusty blinds if you use the bristle attachment on your vacuum. Vacuum the couch in alternating lines, up then down, to create wow factor (especially on microfiber, this can create an effect that looks like stripes.)

GUEST AREAS: Your guests aren't likely to notice if the floors need to be vacuumed or the baseboards have a little dust on them. They will appreciate that the nightstands and dresser are dust-free so they can use those surfaces. They'll also appreciate little things-- an extra phone charger by the bed, a box of tissues on the dresser, a package of makeup wipes in the bathroom. Cleaning the shower curtain is also lovely-- the liner can be put in the washing machine, making this an easy task.

About You
We are looking for committed and people-oriented individuals to join our team. Reliability is a must-- the technicians who make the most money here show up every day.

After training, you'll clean 1-2 houses a day, depending on your availability. We will build a client list based on an availability schedule that you set before you graduate. You will have a standard rotation of the same clients, giving you the chance to build rapport and routine-- making your job easier over time. This job is physically demanding but great for people who would rather die than sit at a desk all day. It requires emotional intelligence, but it is also physically, emotionally, and financially rewarding.

If you've managed other people, you'll like it here because you only have to manage yourself. You will have access to all the supplies, equipment, training, resources, and support you need to be successful. Once trained, you will be expected to have what you need on your jobsites, manage your own time, and ask for help if you need it.

A successful RCT is highly motivated, friendly, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The MOST successful RCTs are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and love working every day to find new ways of connecting with and wowing their clients. They are committed to learning a trade, enjoy gaining new skills, and understand the importance of building a relationship with clients.

Although efforts are being made at the federal level to pay our neighbors on Fort Riley, Active Duty families were struggling before the government shutdown and will continue to struggle after.
Since we have you all here for the rally, we are going to add on a food drive-- please consider bringing a non-perishable food item or seven ❤

If you cannot make it to the rally, Kathy will gladly assist you at our office today, tomorrow, and Friday from 9am to 5pm.

FOOD DRIVE MOST WANTED ITEMS
💪 High nutrition foods: dried and canned beans, lentils, split peas, peanut butter, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, quinoa, shelf-stable milk (including plant based), cooking oil, canned meats like chicken and tuna, nuts.
🥳 Fun things: Halloween candy, cake/brownie mix, frosting, juice, granola bars, cereal, toaster pastries.

Where's Luci? Did he slip into the hallway with a Free Store guest? The toilet paper box again? Top of the breakroom cabinets? Cat shelf in the sun? Chewing on my monstera? Inspecting the toilet?

Nope. Napping in the clean mops. Guess I'm doing extra laundry today 🤷‍♀️

Today one of my team members was involved in a hit and run accident. She is stable but sore, the car is in incredibly rough shape, but the community took amazing care of her.

Good Samaritans pulled over to check on her. Multiple eyewitnesses stayed to provide testimony and got the license plate of the person who hit her. Riley County Police Department was prompt, professional, and personable. Ryan and Brittany at Renegade Wrecker Service were amazing-- they treated us quite literally like family, and were super sensitive to Autumn's pronouns.

Sending all my love to this community for taking care of our favoritest sweetest baby 💕

We have recently switched to these amazing products. Each little pack contains a concentrate that dissolves completely in warm water. They are eco-friendly and biodegradable and they do a great job.

They don't sell them retail. You have to be a distributor or a company to purchase them. Which seemed kind of sad. So we put together a solution:

Introductory bundle:
~4 quart sized glass bottles
~One of each cleaner you'll need in the average home-- a general surface cleaner, a bathroom cleaner, a glass cleaner, and a degreaser-- for each bottle. Each bottle lasts for a month or more-- 3 packs represent approximately a 3-month supply.
~The Sals Suds is also used as an effective dish soap alternative.
~Each floor cleaner pac is for a bucket of mop water.

This bundle would run at about $70

Refill Bundles:
~all the pacs and Sals Suds refill from the original bundle

This bundle would run around $20

Before I put all this together, buy the bottles, and figure out sales tax collection and remittance-- are you interested?

However, they are much more effective at collecting and trapping debris. When selecting a vacuum, choose one with a brush roller that can be turned off-- these rollers can damage hardwood floors.
