This is a time of high demand and low supply for cleaning companies, especially ones that offer vacation time and don't hire seasonal team members. When balancing the needs of multiple parties, we definitely play favorites:

1️⃣ Loyal customers who work with us year-round and 2️⃣ loyal team members who row this boat year-round are our absolute priority. At Good Witch Cleaning Services we believe and embody the fact that loyalty is a two-way street. 🛣️

Unfortunately, something still has to give and that leaves little room for one-time clients. We apologize for the inconvenience, but stand by the guiding principles that create these conditions.

We purchase gifts on a fairly regular basis for team members and clients for so many occasions-- weddings, a new baby, loss of a family member, adopting a new pet, graduations, birthdays, work-iversarys, and accomplishments.

Time is running out before your family arrives for the holidays and you still have SO MUCH to do-- shopping, cooking, cleaning, planning. 🫠 But when you can't prioritize everything, where do you start?

Here's a little guide on making the most holiday magic when you have the least time and energy left!

VISUAL IMPACT: Cleaning these areas create the most visual impact because they take up the most space when you walk into a room. You can make quick work of dusty blinds if you use the bristle attachment on your vacuum. Vacuum the couch in alternating lines, up then down, to create wow factor (especially on microfiber, this can create an effect that looks like stripes.)

GUEST AREAS: Your guests aren't likely to notice if the floors need to be vacuumed or the baseboards have a little dust on them. They will appreciate that the nightstands and dresser are dust-free so they can use those surfaces. They'll also appreciate little things-- an extra phone charger by the bed, a box of tissues on the dresser, a package of makeup wipes in the bathroom. Cleaning the shower curtain is also lovely-- the liner can be put in the washing machine, making this an easy task.

About You
We are looking for committed and people-oriented individuals to join our team. Reliability is a must-- the technicians who make the most money here show up every day.

After training, you'll clean 1-2 houses a day, depending on your availability. We will build a client list based on an availability schedule that you set before you graduate. You will have a standard rotation of the same clients, giving you the chance to build rapport and routine-- making your job easier over time. This job is physically demanding but great for people who would rather die than sit at a desk all day. It requires emotional intelligence, but it is also physically, emotionally, and financially rewarding.

If you've managed other people, you'll like it here because you only have to manage yourself. You will have access to all the supplies, equipment, training, resources, and support you need to be successful. Once trained, you will be expected to have what you need on your jobsites, manage your own time, and ask for help if you need it.

A successful RCT is highly motivated, friendly, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The MOST successful RCTs are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and love working every day to find new ways of connecting with and wowing their clients. They are committed to learning a trade, enjoy gaining new skills, and understand the importance of building a relationship with clients.

Although efforts are being made at the federal level to pay our neighbors on Fort Riley, Active Duty families were struggling before the government shutdown and will continue to struggle after.

If you cannot make it to the rally, Kathy will gladly assist you at our office today, tomorrow, and Friday from 9am to 5pm.

💪 High nutrition foods: dried and canned beans, lentils, split peas, peanut butter, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, quinoa, shelf-stable milk (including plant based), cooking oil, canned meats like chicken and tuna, nuts.
