At Onyx & Ruby Massage Therapy, I talk with clients about pillows more often than you might think.

Many cases of neck and shoulder pain actually start with poor spinal alignment during sleep. If your pillow is too high, too flat, or not supportive enough, it can keep your neck out of alignment for hours.
