TMS Support Group is now called,
"Breaking Free."

Breaking Free is a Mental Health Support Group that hears your words and walks the journey with you.
Communicating our thoughts and feelings are important steps in "Breaking Free."

Meetings are located at Morning Star 467 E. Poyntz,
Manhattan, KS., on Tuesday's at 6:30 p.m.

Join me September 7th as we begin our journey together.
