This is what courage looks like.

Courage isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like packing a bag. Walking through a new door. Choosing a different path — even when it’s hard.

“If I could tell someone in recovery one thing, it would be this: recovery looks different for everyone.”

No two journeys are the same. Your path, your pace, your progress — it’s yours. Comparing yourself to someone else’s recovery only takes away from the strength it takes to walk your own.

Give yourself grace. Celebrate your progress. Keep going.

At Pawnee, we’re here to support you wherever you are in your journey.

A New Day at Pawnee means staying rooted in what has always mattered most — community and family. 💙

For generations, Pawnee has been more than a workplace. It’s been a place where people feel connected, supported, and part of something bigger than themselves.

Together, we continue our community’s story — with care, compassion, and a sense of belonging that feels like family.

It’s a New Day at Pawnee. 💙

And it’s powered by incredible people.

For nearly 70 years, the heart of Pawnee has always been the individuals who show up with compassion, dedication, and a genuine care for one another. That spirit continues to shape who we are and where we’re going.

Our people are our strength — and that’s something worth celebrating every day.

It’s a New Day at Pawnee. 💙

For nearly 70 years, our people have created a workplace rooted in connection, compassion, and community. A New Day doesn’t mean starting over — it means continuing to grow, strengthen, and celebrate the culture that already makes Pawnee such a special place to be.

Because when people feel welcomed and supported, great things happen — for our team and for the communities we serve.
