Our admin team is often the first voice you hear and the first face you see when you walk in. They help with scheduling, insurance questions, paperwork, and making the process feel less overwhelming — because starting therapy is a big step.

We’re grateful for the warmth, patience, and compassion they bring to our practice every day. They are a huge part of creating a space that feels safe and welcoming.

Hi, it’s been a little while!

We’ve been quiet on social media, but very busy doing the work that matters most — supporting our clients behind the scenes. We wanted to pop back in, reintroduce ourselves, and reconnect.

We’re a therapy practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, parenting, anxiety, or healing from the past, you don’t have to do it alone. Our focus is creating a safe, welcoming space where people can grow, heal, and feel supported through life’s challenges.

Last month, our CAC was able to host MDT Forecast training to our MDT partners. We would like to send a HUGE thank you to Dr. Alisha Hardman & Lori Elmore-Staton for leading our group! It allowed our MDT to step into each other’s roles and gain insight into what someone else on our team does. Also, a huge thank you to CivicPlus for letting us use their space!

We couldn’t do this job without all of these team players!

I’m thrilled to share some big news with you all!

In July 2025, Dr. Stephanie Wick passed the torch of ownership to me, Brooke Gilbert. It’s truly an honor to step into this role and continue the incredible legacy Stephanie Wick & Rusty Andrews have built.

Andrews & Associates has been such a meaningful part of my journey, and over the years my passion for helping others has only grown. As the new owner, I’m deeply committed to upholding the same high standard of care and compassion that has always defined our practice.

We are a diverse, multi-specialty team here to support individuals, couples, and families through every stage of life—and I’m
privileged to support a compassionate and committed team as we move into this next chapter.

Trista helps clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, other mental health diagnoses, life transitions (such as welcoming a new baby, moving, or divorce), trauma, attachment wounds, and the unique demands of military life. She offers individual, family, and group counseling to meet you and your loved ones wherever you are on your journey.

She believes in the power of combining these approaches with the knowledge of neuroscience and the brain’s ability to change and heal. Understanding how our nervous system and brain respond to stress, trauma, and relationships allows us to work together to create new pathways for resilience, self-compassion, and connection.

Trista provides services for individuals (13+ adolescents, and adults) and families. She will be located at our Manhattan & Wamego offices.

Non-Pharmacologic treatment approaches for Improving Mental health with dr. brett baxter
