Our silent hike was a magical way to begin the day. We gathered on a boulder to stretch, journal, climb trees, do flips, dance, or simply move in whatever way felt right in the moment.
Every single day of this training was overflowing with meaningful workshops, beautiful connection, delicious food, and experiences I’ll never forget. I’m still riding that high 4 days after being home — and feeling so, so grateful. 🫶🏼
