Our workout uses minimal equipment. Pick up a set of dumbbells, kettlebells, or two water jugs. The reps & rounds can easily be scaled based on ability level. Enjoy!
3-6 rounds:
10 Dumbbell Thrusters
10 Dumbbell Roman Deadlift
12 Plank Drags (6 ea. direction)
12 Weighted Straight Leg Sit-ups
* Rest as needed between exercises & sets!
