Can’t make it to the gym today? No problem!

We’ve got an effective workout you can do at home that uses minimal equipment. Feel free to scale back any movements. Enjoy!

5 rounds of:
• 6 jumping lunges (3 ea. leg)
• 8 single arm db cleans (4 ea. side)
• 10 shoulder taps (5 ea. side)
Add 2-4 reps of each exercise each round!

Do you need to scale back? Try step back lunges, plank hold & dumbbell deadlifts.

Spring is here! Time to move more, but move smart!
Follow these tips on how to boost your energy levels without risking injury:

•Don’t spring forward too fast. Ramping up activity too quickly is a common cause of injury.

•Evaluate your current activity or program, identify areas for improvement that you might have been neglecting. Making adjustments now can save you pain and injury later.

If you’d like a physical therapist or personal trainer to evaluate your current plan or build a new one, we’d be happy to help!

I was a state champion in high school basketball.

As physical therapists, we understand the impact of rest on recovery and overall well-being. Quality sleep is a key part of becoming a healthier, stronger you.

Sleep is when your body repairs tissues, reduces inflammation, and restores energy. All of this helps you get more out of your therapy and your daily life.

If you are dealing with pain, stiffness, or injury, do not overlook the power of good sleep habits. Small changes like a consistent bedtime, limiting screen time, and creating a relaxing nighttime routine can make a big difference.

Let’s work together during your sessions and at home to help you move better, feel better, and live better!
