As someone who has benefited greatly from exercise, I want to encourage and help others experience the same satisfaction that fitness has given me.

I enjoy lifting weights regularly and playing sports like spikeball and pickup basketball.

I listen to a lot of countryโold and newโas well as 70s, 80s, and 90s rock. Some of my favorite artists are Alan Jackson, Van Halen, Zach Top, and Alice in Chains.

I wish more people understood the mental benefits of exercise. Itโs one of the best ways to relieve stress, boost your mood, and improve your overall well-being.

I love fishing at Tuttle Creek and regularly go out to catch (and eat!) crappie and catfish.
