Try this quick 5-minute warm-up:
• Light cardio (2 minutes): Jog in place, jumping jacks, or brisk walking
• Dynamic stretches (3 minutes): Leg swings, arm circles, torso twists, walking lunges

Can’t make it to the gym today? No problem!

We're sharing an easy home workout requiring no equipment. We recommend using a mat for extra comfort. Each movement is 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest:

• Mountain Climbers | :30 sec
• Single Leg Glute Bridge | :30 sec
• Toe Reach Abs | :30 sec
• Superman | :30 sec
Complete 3-6 rounds of this workout.

You can always scale or adjust the time or rounds to your fitness level & ability.
