Over time, funerals have evolved to include burial expenses like embalming, public viewings and services in a funeral home or church, elaborate caskets with personalized options, limousines, and the list goes on.
What we realized is that many individuals and families are looking for alternatives to the higher funeral costs of a "traditional" burial. Perhaps their idea is to have a private viewing only for immediate family, while others might choose to say no to embalming. Some might want a "simple pine box," or strictly a graveside service from an affordable funeral home like ours.
Simple Funerals, Inc. is designed to provide alternative burial concepts to high-cost traditional funeral and cremation services. Central to Simple Funerals, Inc. is the idea that the deceased is prepared for burial without embalming being required by law. Families have the option of having a private viewing of the deceased at the funeral home or other location in a simple all-wood casket. Graveside gatherings and ceremonies are also available and encouraged. All of our packages have a set, low price.
