Hello everybody!

We would like to share some information to try to ease some of the confusion that has been going on lately.
Dr. D'Angelo had his last day practicing at Munson Healthcare Orthopedic Institute in Manistee on Thursday 08-21-25. This was the office located at 1345 E. Parkdale Ave Manistee MI 49660. He will no longer be seeing patients at that office in Manistee.

He is continuing to see All patients at his private practice Orthopedic Sports Medicine of Manistee located at 1121 E. Parkdale Ave Manistee, MI, 49660. Just call 231-498-8063 to schedule an appointment.

He is also continuing to see patients at Munson Orthopedic Institute in Cadillac located at 8872 Professional Dr. STE B, Cadillac, MI, 49601. You can call 231-779-0320 to schedule an appointment.

It is preferred to have a referral from your primary care physician so we get all your information like medications you are on, allergies you have, surgical, social, and family history. But this is not required. At your first visit we will have a packet of new patient paperwork for you to fill that information out.

Our new office does not have an xray machine quite yet. Doctor requires to have an xray on the body part or parts within a year before your appointment. Either your primary care physician will order this or when we schedule you for your appointment we will order this and send it to the hospital via fax.
