The Natural Healing Studio will be completely moved over come mid August. So excited to introduce my clients to the new space and to meet new friends as we coordinate to bring you the best experience.

Some people meditate or pray while others may journal or create a vision board. Manifesting requires a focus of what you want, why you want it and some form of asking for it. But you also must have intentional action or it's just a dream..a wish.
One of my favorite quotes is by Eleanor Roosevelt and says it takes as much energy to wish as it does to plan. Align yourself with what you want, work through the obstacles & make your dreams a reality
