The manufacturer of True Metrix devices has initiated a labeling correction.

If you experience Very high blood glucose result (higher than 600mg/dL) , please RETEST with a new test strip. If the error persists and you HAVE symptoms such as fatigue, excess urination, thirst or blurry vision, seek medical attention immediately.

If the error persists but YOU ARE NOT-EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS, please call 800-803-6025 M-F 8am-8pm EST for assistance.
