When your nervous system feels busy, overwhelmed, or scattered—start here. ✨

In this Nervous System Reset, Liz talks with Renee Olson from New Day Resource about three simple, always-available tools to help calm the nervous system:

🌿 Get grounded in nature
💨 Use your breath to access calm
🧠 Gently redirect your thoughts with imagery

Renee shares a powerful visualization she uses herself—imagining a big red arrow to notice where her thoughts are headed, then kindly guiding them back to the present moment.

Nothing to fix.
Nothing to force.
Just tools you can return to—anytime.

Save this for the moments you need a reset. Full interview link in comments.

Efficient. Effective. And they hit the biceps where they actually work in daily life.

21s work your biceps through three ranges of motion in one set:
• bottom → halfway
• halfway → top
• full range

How to choose your weight: Pick a dumbbell that feels challenging by rep 5–6 of each section, but still lets you move with control—no swinging, no shrugging.

If you fly through all 21, go heavier next time.
If form breaks early, go lighter.

Efficient strength wins.

Over the next few weeks, our team is sharing our favorite core, arm, and leg exercises—the ones we actually use and love in real life.

Hormonal changes can show up in the core—especially during perimenopause and menopause.

Core Reset helped her feel better in her body again.

Supported.
Stronger.
More comfortable.

And that made all the difference.

Send this to a friend who needs to hear it.

It doesn’t have to be big. A short walk. A workout. A stretch. A deep breath. A real meal. A few quiet minutes to reset.

Small choices compound into big change — and your future self is already cheering you on. 💚
Keep showing up. Keep planting seeds of strength.

A weak core is common.
A tight diaphragm makes it worse.

If your core work feels exhausting instead of empowering, try this.

Over the next few weeks, our team will be sharing our favorite core, arm, and leg exercises—the ones we actually use and love in real life.

This is the part people don’t talk about enough.

When your body feels supported…
you say yes to life again.

Dancing.
Moving.

That’s the power of a reset.
That’s freedom.

Save this as a reminder of what’s possible.

Less back pain.
More strength.

But what really changed through Core Reset?

How she felt in her body.

Hopeful.
Supported.
Capable again.

Sometimes relief isn’t just physical—it’s emotional too.

Double tap if this resonates.

When transitions feel hard—for kids and grown-ups—connection matters most. 🤍

In this Nervous System Reset moment, Jessica Hanson, Director of Take Note Studio walks Liz Wergin, DPT, through a simple singing “I Love You Ritual” that adults can use to help children regulate during stressful moments.

It’s playful.
It’s connecting.
And it brings together the four elements kids need most:
✨ eye contact
✨ touch
✨ playfulness
✨ presence

This is co-regulation in action—and it feels just as good for the grown-up as it does for the child.

✨ This episode of our Nervous System Reset playlist is dripping with parenting gold and lives on our YouTube channel (link in comments).

Save this for the next transition.
And remember: calm is something we share

We’re used to being told to wait.

Wait months.
Push harder.
Try longer.

What surprised her most?

Her body didn’t need more effort.
It needed a reset.

And once it had that—
it responded quickly.

Share this with someone who’s tried everything.

Skin tightening.
Strength.
Less back discomfort.

She even walked into one Core Reset session with back pain… and left without it.

This wasn’t about forcing her core to work harder.

It was about giving her body the support it needed to respond.

That’s the difference.

Comment ‘CORE’ if you want to understand how this works.

There’s no perfect timeline for growth. Progress isn’t linear.

What matters most is that you keep showing up — with curiosity, courage, and compassion for yourself along the way. 💚

This year, let grace and persistence be your strength.
