Meet Madison Kuehl. 💚

joins Juniper Strength & Recovery Studioas our Physical Therapy & Vitality Care+ Tech, supporting guests as they move through recovery, strength building, and advanced wellness services.

Madison graduated Magna Cum Laude from UW–Green Bay with a degree in Psychology, bringing a strong understanding of how people think, communicate, and connect.

Before joining Juniper, she worked in behavioral health and recovery support, helping individuals navigate complex life transitions while building stability and confidence.

That experience shows up in how she works with guests today — with empathy, calm communication, and an ability to meet people exactly where they are.

At Juniper, Madison helps guide guests through services like:

• Physical therapy support
• Vitality Care+ technologies
• HRV assessments
• Core Reset and recovery services

Her goal is simple: to help every guest move better, feel stronger, and live fully.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find Madison with a book in hand.

She read 110 books in 2025 and is already working toward beating that record this year.

This is not the workout we planned. But here we are - with Blizzard Elsa, who apparently has a lot of feelings and nowhere to be until 4pm.

A few things that will save your back today: squat low, push more than you lift, switch hands often, walk the snow — don’t throw it far.

Movement has a way of bringing people together. Terese first crossed paths with Juniper Strength & Recovery Studio at a foam rolling and yoga pop-up at Waves Yoga Studio

Later, Terese came to us for support with left hip pain that began after she started doing interval walking on her treadmill. As an avid walker, staying active for the long run was her top priority.

From physical therapy into strength training:

✔️ Completed 12 personal training sessions with Michelle
✔️ Can now sit cross-legged comfortably at yoga again
✔️ Starting LiftHER progressive strength training next week

Her journey is a great example of how the right support can help you keep doing the things you love.

LiftHER is our women’s progressive strength program designed for midlife women who want to:

✔️ Build and keep muscle
✔️ Train intelligently
✔️ Age with resilience
✔️ Feel powerful in their bodies

Our members are not chasing sweat. They are chasing strength. Longevity. Capability.

This role requires a coach who understands:

• Progressive overload
• Skill development
• Working with women recovering from injury
• Coaching with clarity and confidence
• Delivering structure

You’ll lead small-group strength sessions rooted in purpose and progression. You’ll collaborate with our PT team. You’ll help women build muscle that protects their independence for decades.

In your 30s, you’re at peak bone density—but that doesn’t mean you’re safe. It means the clock has started.

In your 40s and 50s, bone loss accelerates. Especially for women. Especially without resistance training.

Juniper Physical Therapy is a private physical therapy clinic owned and operated by Dr. Elizabeth Wergin. (Liz is thrilled to have also expanded her team to include Dr. Stacey Eck.) Their mission is to improve the awareness of alternative natural options and the power of self care to keep the people of Manitowoc County active and happy.
