Have you tried the salt room yet at Awakened Lakeshore ? I've had some weird stuff in my lungs over the past few weeks, so I decided to give it a shot. I went for my first 45-minute session yesterday. I figured I’d probably need to go a few times, but later that evening, when someone asked me about it, I realized my lungs felt totally clear—even this morning! It was also nice to take a break from my phone and relax for nearly an hour. I definitely recommend it!

✨ Big news! ✨

February 2026 will mark my 15th year as an SI practitioner! To celebrate, I’m introducing a new look! It’s been a year of a lot of growth and healing, and now I’m excited to get back out there and focus on what I love most!

After lots of late nights and creative hours, my new website is finally live! You can now learn more about Structural Integration, and see my updated services.

I’m so grateful to everyone who’s supported me on this journey of helping people move with greater ease and alignment.
