Whether you’re a fitness buff or a true first-timer, our classes give you the choice and flexibility to try out new things and find the kind of routine that works for you. Membership includes access to circuit strength and cardio equipment, free weights, lap pool, dry sauna, walking/running track, and a variety of group exercise classes such as cycling, BodyPump, TRX, Zumba and much more. Break a sweat to any workout and reach your health and fitness goals sooner at HFM Wellness Center. Closed Easter Sunday and Christmas Day. New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve.

Our Pain Neuroscience Education program uses a mind-body approach grounded in current neuroscience research, incorporating strategies and exercises to help treat pain.
