🔔 Ready to ring in the new year?! Why not give yoga a try? It really does improve your life in all aspects. If you've practiced before, but it's been a while, your mat is always there for you. Maybe this time it will stick 😉

🍄 I say it every time, but the turning of the new year really is one of my favorite holidays. A period of reflection, an ending... and yet a beginning at the same time. So much of life (and yoga) is like this. Opposites happening concurrently. It's ok to not know what the future holds... In fact that's the best part. 🍄
