Yoga for Men is THIS Saturday at 10:30 AM! 🤘
New to yoga? This workshop will lay the groundwork for a successful yoga practice. You’ll learn foundational yoga poses, yogic breathing, beginning mindfulness, and a basic understanding of what to expect in classes going forward.
For the beginner student, this will serve as your introduction to yoga poses and movement; for the seasoned student, this will serve to bring us back to basics—perhaps harnessing a deeper understanding of the poses, alignment, and movement.
This workshop will also incorporate deeper stretching in the areas of the body that commonly are most tight for men, such as tight shoulders and hips. All the while cultivating a deeper inner awareness.
