In celebration of Long-Term Care Administrators Week, we would like to take a moment to recognize Brianna, our administrator at Complete Care at Manitowoc.

Brianna’s leadership is at the heart of everything we do. She started her journey in long-term care as a CNA, then became an RN, served as Director of Nursing, and recently stepped into her role as administrator. Her experience at every level of care gives her a unique perspective and allows her to lead with understanding, empathy, and expertise.

She ensures that residents feel supported, families feel confident, and staff are empowered to provide the highest quality care every day. Brianna’s dedication, guidance, and passion make a real difference in the lives of everyone in our community.

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on our amazing RN, Brianna! 💙

Brianna has been with Complete Care for 7 years, spending 6 years as a CNA before transitioning into her role as an RN over the past year. Her dedication and growth truly reflect her commitment to care.

She loves the flexibility of her schedule and the teamwork on the floor that makes every day rewarding for both staff and residents.

When she’s not at work, Brianna enjoys spending time with her family and her new puppy Bubba, continuing her education, reading, and baking.

We are so thankful to have Brianna as part of our team!

It’s always a good day for a color social!

Residents enjoyed spending time together coloring and getting creative in a relaxed setting. Arts and crafts activities offer so many benefits, including reducing stress, improving focus, encouraging self expression, and supporting fine motor skills.

Simple moments like these not only spark creativity but also provide meaningful social connection and a sense of accomplishment.
