The MN legislature removed chiropractic care from the MN Care and Medical Assistance programs for people over the age of 21 at the end of the session last Spring.

This was directed by our Governor.

The DHS is taking comments on this until Oct 17. We hope they will reverse this change. Please send a message.

This change greatly impacts the people who utilize chiropractic services to get back to work and take care of their families.

This is a devastating blow to our most vulnerable neighbors.

There is a message from the Minnesota Chiropractic Association below:
Attention all Doctors of Chiropractic -
Urgent! The Department of Human Services is taking comments until October 17th, 2025 regarding the ending of chiropractic care coverage for adults (21+) under Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare plans starting 1/01/2026.

You can email dhs.spa.comments@state.mn.us and comment on your thoughts regarding this benefit cut before10/17/25.

The more of us that do this, the better chance we have at getting this reversed. Share your story of how important chiropractic care is to you. Stories matter more than vague messages.
