- Crossfit Open - last Friday I got to join for their Friday Night Lights event. Such a great vibe in that room!
- Autumn from Fitness Untamed is also cruising through the OPEN sitting in a super high rank. Per usual!
- JP Fitness MNn completed their 60 day challenge to start the year. So many new faces in the gym and so much PROGRESS by those that committed to the program.
- Congratulations to participants in the All-Star Nutrition Mankatoon_mankato New Year New You challenge!

A little St Patrick’s Day chapter happy hour at Mickeys / Victory Bowl! It’s burger day so stop on by. $5 hamburgers, $6 cheeseburgers and add fries or tots for $2! If you’ve never tried “Mickeys sauce” be sure to get a side of that to dip those tots in. So good!
