4.0 Amvan In November 2024 4.0 purchased Amvan to create 4.0 Amvan. Our mission is to provide safe, dependable and dignified transportation services to those in need.

We are a Type III School Bus/NEMT provider based in the St Peter/Mankato, MN area. 4.0 School Services and Amvan have been serving communities in South Central Minnesota since 1993. We create accessible communities, ensure access to health care and contribute to the overall vitality of the communities we serve.

Due to road conditions this morning 12/29/2025, we have limited staff and ability to transport. Many rides are being cancelled. Most clinics are opening late. Please check on your appointments and reschedule if possible.

4.0 Amvan drivers will be transporting prescheduled rides only beginning at noon on Christmas Eve through Christmas Day. Our office will be closing at 1:30 on 12/24 so our staff can enjoy time with their families. We will be open again at 8am on 12/26. We thank you for your understanding and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. 💙
