We celebrated all kinds of love in all kinds of ways at Ecumen Pathstone.

We delivered 200 Valentines written by our Shoreview Support Team. The residents were touched to receive such a thoughtful Valentine wish.

We hosted sweet treat parties galore across our campus. Valentine donuts, chocolate covered strawberries, and a special cookie Valentine from our friends at Hosanna Lutheran Church - Mankato, MN. Many thanks to Hosanna Lutheran!

On display in our main entrance was our All Kinds of Love Mural. Photos of residents, team members, and all the friends, partners, and pets that we love. Our treasured Life Enrichment Supervisor, Kendra, dedicated a lot of time to that special wall.

We are blessed to have all kinds of love here at Ecumen Pathstone!

This week at Ecumen Pathstone Landing, our residents rolled up their sleeves (and their dough!) to make homemade Swedish Tea Bread. These photos capture such a sweet moment—hands gently rolling out dough, careful attention to each step, and plenty of smiles shared around the table.

For many, this wasn’t just baking—it was a walk down memory lane. The scent of butter, sugar, and warm spices filled the room, sparking stories, laughter, and the kind of connection that only comes from doing something familiar together.

We’re so grateful for moments like these, where traditions are shared, memories are stirred, and community is baked right in.

We are in Olympic mode here at Ecumen Pathstone.

We held a lovely opening ceremony event and enjoyed watching all of the talented athletes enter the arena with determination and excitement. The next day we kicked off our own Ecumen Olympics and found that the residents of Pathstone are elite athletes in a league of their own!

Last week, we were thrilled to host the Minnesota State University, Mankato Women’s Basketball team at Ecumen Pathstone!

Fifteen players and members of the coaching staff spent time visiting with residents—some of whom are longtime Maverick fans and even Maverick alumni. Residents loved asking questions about why the student-athletes chose Mankato, and a recurring answer was the fun, friendly culture that the Maverick Women’s Basketball team embodies. Who wouldn’t want to be part of that squad?

The team was an absolute joy to host. Together, we played indoor hoops, colored, and enjoyed freshly made fruit smoothies.

Currently, Minnesota State University, Mankato is ranked #2 in the WBCA, and we couldn’t be prouder of our Mavericks! Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedules to create such a special and meaningful memory for our residents. Go Mavs!

At Ecumen Pathstone, team members and residents had too much fun getting their 2026 Glow Up's. We didn't just want to talk about new year's resolutions. We wanted to dream BIG and get a full Glow Up! A dress made of cheese and a ride on a rainbow slide....nothing feels impossible for the folks at Ecumen Possible.

We sure do miss Laura, but we are so glad she stayed within the Ecumen family! 🥰 Happy 20th anniversary!

Laura, an LPN with Ecumen, began her career with Ecumen Pathstone in Mankato 20 years ago.

Since August 2024 we have been lucky enough to have Laura here at Ecumen Lakeshore caring for our Fountains patients. Congratulations Laura!

We are saddened to learn that Seasons Healthcare will be closing its doors in February.

Organizations like this play a vital role in Mankato, and we want to acknowledge their deep commitment to caring for older adults.

Ecumen Pathstone campus celebrated the holiday season last week with a Campus Holiday Party. Santa fit us into his busy schedule and made a joyful visit. All of our residents were on the nice list and received a gift. There were many busy little elves making and serving Holiday Fluff and a Holiday Spritz to all those that attended. The spirit was merry!
