Residents recently met their fourth-grade pen pals in person, and it was a special moment for everyone involved.

After weeks of writing back and forth, those connections came to life face to face. There were big smiles, great conversations and plenty of excitement as everyone got to know each other beyond the letters.

In honor of World Parkinson's Day, we're sharing Bob's story. After his diagnosis, he felt like giving up. But his daughter challenged him to fight back. Through Rock Steady Boxing at The Inn on Westport, a community managed by The Goodman Group, Bob regained his strength and found purpose helping others face their diagnosis with courage. Our no-sew pillow craft was a cozy success! 🧵✨

Residents jumped right in, with some even volunteering ahead of time to help pre-cut the fabric. It was a wonderful display of teamwork and creativity. Together, we stuffed our pillows with soft poly-fill and brought our bright spring designs to life.

It is always so special to see everyone working side by side, sharing laughs and creating something beautiful to enjoy. 🌸💚

Our residents had a wonderful time creating beautiful spring wreaths using bright pastels and lush greens. It was so heartwarming to see everyone helping one another, sharing ideas and adding their own unique touch to each wreath. The creativity, laughter and teamwork made this activity truly special, and the finished wreaths are just as lovely as the smiles that made them! 💐
