Bringing generations together through the magic of music!

We ended our holiday season with a visit from Pine Grove Middle School during our last hand chime choir practice. Together we created beautiful memories and melodies by playing the hand chimes together.

These intergenerational connections highlight the power of community, as young voices and experienced hands join together in festive cheer!

There is nothing quite like the smell of fresh-baked cookies to bring a community together!

Recently, our Baking Club gathered for a special afternoon of decorating. Our very own cook, Jeremy, shared his grandmother's famous (and secret!) recipe with us, making the day even more meaningful. As we frosted and sprinkled, the room was filled with more than just treats, we shared stories, laughter, and new connections between neighbors!

It's true what they say: food is the ultimate way to bring people together. A huge thank you to Jeremy for sharing a piece of his family history with ours!

Every Sunday morning is a little brighter thanks to our fantastic receptionist Kay and her Coffee and Conversation program. Kay is the former co owner of Latté Da! Café & Bakeshop which was located in Cazenovia, New York. Kay believes in showing love through baking, and our taste buds thank her every week!

Residents eagerly anticipate her engaging conversation topics, funny jokes and of course her mouth-watering treats (just look at these!) It is the perfect start to any Sunday.

We had a fantastic morning with Community Service Officer, Gabriella Weirman, from the Manlius Police Department.

Officer Weirman shared vital information regarding the department's latest community outreach efforts and spent time education us on how to recognize and avoid common scamming attempts targeting our community.

In an age where digital and phone scams are increasingly sophisticated, knowledge truly is our best defense.

Is there a better way to spend the holiday season than with your friends and neighbors, glitter, glue and a shared mission to spread cheer? Absolutely not!

We are skipping the mall madness and getting cozy with a homemade holiday card making party. This is what the season is all about-friendship, creativity, and a little bit of holiday magic!

We appreciate our friend Michaele who brought in her embossing equipment and rubber stamp collection to share with the group. Michaele, who is also a Welcome Ambassador for our community, taught the group how to emboss scrap book paper to give the holiday cards a 3D effect. We look forward to future card making get-togethers!

There’s nothing quite like the sound of music and laughter to bring friends together! 🎶 We had the absolute pleasure of spending our morning with the wonderful local Hand Bell and Chime Director, Rene Hebert.

Under Rene's great guidance, our group learned to ring with true holiday spirit! It was a morning filled with rhythm, teamwork, and beautiful seasonal sounds.
