Our Story

Hi and welcome! Under The Bodhi Tree Yoga was created to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all people to practice Yoga. It is my joy to share these gifts and knowledge with each of you to allow you to explore your practice without judgement. Yoga is not about how long we can hold a pose (Asana) or how perfect our alignment is, rather it is the practice of integrating the mind, body, soul and spirit. Yoga is a way of life not an aerobic exercise. It is being the best person that you can be, showing compassion and kindness to all living beings.
