Exciting news in our yoga community! Yoga Alliance teacher trainings and immersions starting this fall The Hot Yoga Spot with Julie Bell and Amy DeLuca. DM for more information.

300 hour modules starting October:
Meditation Immersion: Oct 19&20, Nov 16&17
Yin and Restorative: December 14 & 16
HOT 26/aka Bikram Immersion: January 25 & 26 2025
