Hi Manor friends and family!

Just a reminder our free clinic will be open to all this Saturday, November 1st. We're here for any of your post-Halloween Boo-Boos, creeping coughs and colds, and spooky school/sports physicals! Feel free to bring the whole family - we see all ages :)

Please stop by our clinic on November 4th 9AM-1PM for any health needs as we go into cold and flu season including but not limited to:

- School/work/sports physicals
- Rapid flu/COVID testing
- Annual visits
- New medication prescriptions
- Labs (HbA1c, pap smears, cholesterol etc)
- Health insurance guidance and social resources

Hi Manor friends and family,

We will have a FREE FLU SHOT CLINIC at our next open clinic day on October 4th. Though we would love to take care of you, no provider visit is required to receive the flu shot. Ages 6mos+ are eligible, hope to see y'all in October!

Manor Family and Friends, Manor Free Clinic will be open to serve our community this Saturday, September 6th from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Bring the whole family - we will take care of you!

We offer free:
- Well checks, back-to-school, and sports physicals for all ages
- Medication renewals
- Sick care
- On-site rapid flu, strep, and COVID tests
- Screening and support for chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, or seasonal allergies
- Health and nutrition education
- Routine bloodwork and labs, including pap smears (at low cost)
- Information and referrals for community and government assistance programs
