I choose to continue on a small scale so I personally texted my message to everyBODY that I was touched and I share this here for my space to continue to be in touch with others who follow with interest.
With deeper gratitude and awareness, I find myself thanking each body, mind, and soul that has crossed my path through Fascial Energetics.

At times, life can feel transactional, and in those moments we can lose sight of the bigger picture and feel disconnected from what is truly being woven. For me, that bigger picture is a living thread of relational consciousness—one that reminds me my work has been supported by each of you. In turn, I’ve been able to offer my time in service through community volunteering, while also being a full-time homeschooler to our three beautiful girls.

Our lifestyle is a reflection of our commitment to life as it is lived here and now—ever changing, evolving, and alive.

Thank you to everybody who has contributed to our way of living, and to those who will in the coming year. Your presence, support, and resonance are deeply felt.

I had another video with lots of voice overs and information

It was erased, but here is a snippet of something.

We are not here for performance, perfection, to please , to burnout , to override etc you get the point ..

Once we remember why we are here , the peace enters and we find our center .

Some days are with ease and others can be vibrant with messages for more clarity and devotion to our becoming .

The past few weeks have been another kind of pain for me .

That’s for me and for now, I’m here saying it’s just love at the end .

Clay workshop with the one and only

Her heart and soul went into every piece of this workshop . The way she teaches , speaks from pure passion of her craft and how massively important it is for us to bring art to our communities and including her efforts for protecting our beautiful land and water through her work supporting

The memories made from this trip will last forever, it’s amazing what a river can do for a bunch of kids and parents.

So grateful for this wonderful trip and all the people we shared this weekend with especially celebrating the 4th and a 40th birthday nothing better then floating down a river with 18 kiddos !! Lots of fun

As I lay down tonight
Day dreaming more like night dreaming about the day… into the consciousness and then fade into the void.

Over the past weeks life has presented some truths that has allowed me to find even more love and acceptance for myself and who i am . Parts of me most often misunderstood and probably will continue to , but now in my life I no longer choose to explain myself.

At another point in my life I would have been shattered but also hardened.. rather than being let down , even create more tension like I’m holding on to something .. instead now I know when a season ends it’s for the bigger better plan, a new beginning.

Sometimes I can kick and scream but I know essentially when I resurface it’s more in love , wisdom and connection.

The very thing we reject is the very thing we need !
Does that seem like your special spice in the sauce of life ??? 🧐
Of course I say it and those are simple words but the action , feeling , the energy , the depth , pain and presence needed to truly empower, embody this vibration is beyond words in this language I could speak.
