Anti-Inflammatory Chickpea Power Bowl πŸ₯£

This recipe is a nourishing way to calm inflammation and fuel your body with vibrant plant-based goodness. Chickpeas provide steady energy, turmeric helps ease inflammation, blueberries add antioxidant power, and avocado offers healthy fats that support your joints and skin. 😊

🌿 Recipe (2 servings):
β€’ 1 can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
β€’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β€’ 1 tsp turmeric
β€’ Pinch of black pepper (helps activate turmeric)
β€’ Handful of fresh spinach
β€’ Β½ avocado, sliced
β€’ ΒΌ cup blueberries
β€’ Fresh squeeze of lemon

Directions:
1. SautΓ© chickpeas in olive oil, turmeric, and black pepper for 5–7 minutes.
2. Serve over spinach, top with avocado and blueberries.
3. Finish with fresh lemon juice.

Was so excited to have this breakfast! 😁 Cherry Chia Pudding!
Make the Base chia pudding (overnight chill) then this morning made a cherry puree for on top … omg so yum!
Cherry Puree:
1/2 cup frozen cherries πŸ’
1 tbsp cottage cheese πŸ«•
1 tsp honey 🍯
1/8 c of almond milk for creaminess
Put in blender and pour on top of base chia(that I made last night!) 🌟
