We're thrilled to introduce Mary Viglas, an Advanced Practice Provider joining Mind Body Optimization at our Fort Worth location. Mary is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to compassionate, holistic mental health care.

Mary strongly believes that mental wellness and physical health are inseparable, and her practice reflects this. With extensive experience across diverse settings—including outpatient clinics, pediatric/adolescent programs, inpatient hospitals, and correctional mental health—Mary expertly supports clients across their entire lifespan.

I am so incredibly grateful to be by the water to refresh and nourish my soul. Spending time by the water can be so helpful for our nervous systems. Adding art, journaling, or any kind of mindfulness is an added bonus!

I am so incredibly grateful that summer brings colorful salads. The energy of summer helps me to move more and eat well for my body. I am also grateful that telehealth is now available so that I can travel and work in beautiful locations. The ocean is the place my body relaxes and I release what is not for me. May you also find the energy to take care of yourself through movement and rest, the balance of peace with creativity and growth.
