Happy November! Hydrangea Family Medicine has been open for 7 months now and the practice continues to grow. We are still accepting new patients of all ages for comprehensive, personalized primary care. Are you frustrated with long waits, and difficulty accessing your doctor? Well, that won't happen at HFM! Dr. Garofalo can accommodate new patients usually within 2 wks. And you will have access to her expertise in primary care with extended appointments, easy communication through texting, portal and phone calls, as well as virtual and in-person visits. I'm very excited to announce that I will be opening Hydrangea Family Medicine in April 2023 in Mansfield, MA. Hydrangea Family Medicine is a Direct Primary Care practice, providing comprehensive, personalized care for people of all ages for an affordable monthly membership fee. The fee includes unlimited in-office and virtual visits for your needed medical care, enhanced communication options such as texting, portal messages and phone calls, and in office procedures, such as wart removal. By removing the burdensome intrusions of the typical insurance model, this model of family medicine puts the relationship between you and me, your physician, back where it should be -- front and center.
