Crystal is offering a one-hour virtual Reiki session with guided meditation, created to support emotional regulation, energetic clearing, and nervous system restoration. The session allows space for the body and mind to settle, reset, and realign through direct energetic support and focused inner guidance.

This work is received remotely and requires nothing from you beyond presence.

A new year doesn’t require reinvention—it invites clarity, presence, and direction.

I offer Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions for those seeking deeper subconscious insight, perspective, and inner understanding. These sessions are immersive and intentional, designed to support clarity at a foundational level.

I am currently working toward Level 3 QHHT certification—an advanced designation held by a very small number of practitioners worldwide—and remain deeply committed to the highest standards of this work.

Reiki sessions, available both in-person and virtually, offer energetic balancing and grounding. My Rest & Restore experience combines Reiki with guided meditation to support deep relaxation and restorative sleep.
