Today I’m celebrating 5 years of Align Myofascial Release.

Five years of listening to stories.
Five years of gentle release.
Five years of watching bodies soften and people reconnect with themselves.

When I started this practice, I simply wanted to help people feel better in their bodies. What I didn’t expect was how much I would grow too. The trust, the conversations, the healing moments — they mean more to me than I can say.
