The best advice I can give you today is too focus on yourself! What you are thinking, feeling, saying, doing, listening to, and eating! 😂
If any one of these things don’t align with what you want, then it’s up to you to change it! Stop thinking about others or what others think about you, notice how you feel and act in a way that supports self care…are you speaking to yourself and others with compassion? Are you being gentle with yourself and others? Are you numbing yourself with food or drink?
If you decide you are tired of the old habits, start facing them and start working on changing them! Get a coach that can help you through the process!
