Ever feel like you give everything you have at work and by the time you get home there is nothing left? I hear this struggle with patients nearly everyday. Having many roles can take its toll especially in the areas of our life that mean the most to us. One thing you can do before transitioning from the workplace to home is taking a few minutes to deep breath, take a short walk before getting in your car or listening to music on the drive home. This can relax the body and mind which can make walking through the door less overwhelming. What are some things you do that help with that transition?
